• Using the platform for phishing, impersonation, or fraud.
• Transmitting harmful code or malicious content.

5. WhatsApp-Specific Terms

For WhatsApp messaging services, customers must adhere to:

• Using pre-approved message templates for transactional messages.
• Obtaining proper opt-in consent from recipients.
• Not sending promotional messages without explicit consent.

6. Security

Customers must keep account passwords secure and notify us promptly in case of suspected breaches. While we implement robust security measures, we cannot guarantee complete protection against breaches.

7. Message Delivery Disclaimer

Message delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

• Carrier network issues.
• Recipient device availability.
• Blacklist filtering or incorrect recipient numbers.

8. General Business Ethics

All customers must adhere to professional and ethical practices, avoiding harassment, hate speech, or fraudulent activities. Spamming is strictly prohibited.

9. Termination and Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms or applicable laws. Accounts may also be terminated for spamming, misuse, or unethical practices.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued for erroneous charges due to platform errors. SMS credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

11. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect data in accordance with Google Analytics and advertising features. Customers may opt out of data collection via this link.

12. Data Deletion

We provide multiple ways to request deletion of personal data associated with our services, in line with applicable laws and platform policies.

WhatsApp

• Submit a deletion request using the form: Request WhatsApp data deletion.
• After submission, you will receive a confirmation code and a link to track progress: Track your deletion request status (requires your code).

Facebook (Meta)

• You can request deletion via your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites. Our app implements Meta’s Data Deletion Callback as required.
• For reference, the callback endpoint is /pro-fb/data-deletion-callback.php. When Meta triggers this, a confirmation code is generated for you to track at Deletion request status page.

Scope and Timing

• Deletion covers account identifiers and message-related records we control for the relevant channel, except where retention is required by law, fraud prevention, billing, or compliance.
• Requests are processed promptly; most are completed within 30 days depending on the data type and system constraints.

13. Catalog Management and Access

If you proceed with the onboarding process and enable catalog features, you grant us permission to access your product catalog data (for example: item titles, descriptions, SKUs, images, pricing, and availability) for the following purposes:

• To allow you to include and send catalog items as part of your messaging campaigns.
• To read and display catalog item details in your live chat when a customer sends or selects an item.

Catalog access is limited to providing these features, is handled in accordance with our data policies, and can be revoked at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Feature availability may vary by channel and is subject to each platform’s policies.
